Structure & Format
Couples intensives are typically structured as two or three consecutive days of focused work. This format provides approximately 6 to 9 hours of therapeutic time, allowing us to build significant momentum and move through obstacles that often take months to address in traditional weekly segments.
Each day starts with a balance of relationship education and guided assessment. We alternate between focused teaching on core relational cycles and private, facilitated conversations. This rhythmic approach ensures that you aren't just learning concepts, but practicing new ways of connecting in real-time under clinical guidance.
We prioritize physiological safety with regular breaks and integration periods, preventing emotional burnout. Our final phase is dedicated to creating a sustainable bridge, ensuring you leave with a shared language, specific tools, and a concrete plan to maintain your progress long after you leave the office.
What to Expect from Your Intensive
The tone of our work is collaborative, non-shaming, and deeply respectful. Grounded in relationship research, we focus on establishing a container of safety and connection, allowing you to explore sensitive dynamics without fear of judgment.
We move beyond surface conflict to address the underlying emotional core of your partnership. You can expect a professional, focused environment where the primary goal is helping both of you feel heard, secure, and understood.

- Practical tools for conflict de-escalation
